MS has never made a profit on any of their Xboxes and Series X/S is trailing the One X to add further insult to injury. And I don't think two of the biggest publishers they bought can continue to keep PlayStation and Nintendo off their plates. You as a big 3rd party publisher cannot expect to gain huge profit in the console space by only releasing on one console and that console just happened to be the dumpster fire of pitiful hardware sales. Satya and Tim Stuart see the path and it's only a matter of time.

One thing I think is embaressing of the Dukes is that they keep talking about the JRPG push as though it has any chance of succeeding. I mean, honestly, what kind of JRPG fan would take a few timed exclusives over the tons of literal exclusives that the Switch, and to a lesser extent, the Playstation have? Its just silly on their part and money wasted on Microsoft's.
