lol, you say that shit and its funny, people are gonna buy the fuck out of SF, its the type of game folks in the west like, I dont see them selling their PS5 for it but its gonna sell regardless.
Not as much as some seem to think. Between no PS or Nintendo versions, and Game Pass being a means of accessing the game for "free" (even including PC Game Pass's growth), lifetime sales probably won't exceed 14 million.
And most of those will be on PC. If the game isn't quite up to expectations, Xbox sales would suffer the most and could drag lifetime down to 12 million.
For a 1P Microsoft game those are still really good numbers, they haven't had an XGS game do that in ages. But I think people expecting Skyrim or even Elden Ring-like numbers are setting themselves up for massive disappointment.
I already played No Man Sky and you could land where you wanted in that game, build bases on any planet and you didnt get a loading screen when you entered a building! LOL
I'm sure it has a lot to offer fans of Bethesda games and I would have probably played it if it was on PS5 but it's certainly not enough to get me to buy a new platform or even go out of my way to get access to it.... Much like Star Citizen but not as impressive. I didn't go out and buy a 3K rig to play Star Citizen and I think that's just about the coolest thing not on PlayStation TBH.

Starfield is an Xbox exclusive because it was too complex for the PS5 hardware and for the PlayStation audience. I already sold my PS5 and used the money to buy a Series S and 1 years of Gamepass.
