they’d have to close an incredibly huge gap to come in first in december. Its probably not gonna happen even with the discounts.

Also, NPD/Circana is based off revenue, which is gonna be pretty poor with them discounting all their hardware so heavily

The massive discounts arent all that widespread IMO. The 150 Series S was only at costco, which realistically how many Series S's could be at costco altogether, 100k? Even that sounds like alot. The best buy discounts were through an app, how many people have a best buy app, use it often enough to even know about the deal, and actually want a series X? Probably not that many. I could be completely wrong though.
