The story of journey to the west is too big to fit into one game but it seems they went after the fromsoft formula of placing cryptic lore texts in the world instead of being cutscene heavy. I predicted a score between 80-84 so this falls in line with my expectations.
Someday someone will make an open world JTTW rpg that does justice to the greatness of its story but this game seems like a good base to build upon to reach that goal. Can't wait to dive into the game and see the monsters I read about be visualized in current gen visuals, the 20th cant come soon enough

Why is era acting like this game scored a 50? It got great reviews especially for a debut, is it because of the lack of Xbox?

Looks beautiful, but I guess that rig they are playing on costs a kidney or two.
Third time in a row this year resetera dislike asian developer games ( stellar blade, first descendands, black myth wukong)
Those people only acept western game, the woke one ( under sweet baby inch/hit detection) in particular
Isn’t that kind of ironic? The inclusion people don’t want to play anything other than games made for them.
It's odd because the website is constantly thirsting for Asian styled games. Now these days I often see them hyping up..... Call of Duty, weird change if you ask me.
Not expecting the best, this game looks to really be pushing the limits here. Happy as long as its decent enough.
