Discussion (Correction) Toys for Bob office shutting down. Studio exists in some capacity. (Previous report based on article mistake)

We were gaslighted by the cult of Phil, they said the acquisition would change Toys for Bob for the better and they would be able to revive Spyro and Crash under hero Microsoft. Well, it doesn't look good because they fired everybody and they are shutting down the office.

The layoffs in Novato at 4 Hamilton Landing match an address for gaming studio and “Skylanders” creator Toys for Bob, which was acquired by Activision in 2005. The facility will also be closing, according to a state filing.

I am so angry, I really liked the last Crash game. I enjoyed it a lot. It was well made and paid homage to the originals.

So sorry for those talented Devs that lost their jobs.

Xbox fans are hoping next week's business update is going to be small, but it really looks like Microsoft taking charge and wants to make as much money as possible with all these layoffs and canceled projects.
