Games can climb for weeks on end depending on the hype around it and where it’s starting from. I’m not ruling it out here. This game has managed to tap the br crowd successfully for a pve game.
Numbers could still legit be growing and the login issues could’ve caused concurrent to seem bigger than it is with actual active players at the time.
It could be a drop off. It could also be a kind of data correction too. I’m interested in seeing how this plays out for sure.
The CEO, according to his post, are expecting it to reach the new limit of 700K. He mentioned millions so I think they're seeing stuff. If it passes COD that's enough to me. Getting close is already a milestone and an alarming call for Sony to drop marketing bullshit for competing games and focus on making such games instead. Hope Concord to manage to be successful enough. I personally would love LOVED a SP experience of helldivers 2 or any sci-fi game. Starfield isn't one btw so no need to mention it.
