Probably the Vast Majority of people which is why I think this was ridiculously overblown on Steam. All we got from this is now Countries without PSN can't even buy the game and make PSNs in different regions.

There are no public graphs of refunds. The Helldivers 2 one would be a totally made up one, like the Starfield one.
I suspect the number or refunds were small but it probably slightly impacted sales.

The refunds are so high daily that from 761k probably less than half is Helldivers 2 lol

I just discovered that Steam refunds are around 20% of the sales lol
