It's not trolling to say that Horizon FW is trash compared to Zelda. I didn't come in here and start the comparison with other games... someone else did. Don't get mad because I'm saying what I think about it.

I don't know, I played the beginning of Zelda BOTW for roughly an hour or two, then tried again... I always get bored pretty fast in Irule, the last one wasn't that great, in fact no Zelda game has kept me interested very long since I made it to the water castle in Zelda OoT and that escort mission in Twilight Princess.

This game series is nowhere as good as people make it to be, Zelda games are competent at best.

Horizon has pretty much everything going for it, except the open world nature. Great gameplay, challenging and varied enemies, amazing animation, world and obviously as a whole it's superb. I don't think that there are many games that become as rewarding to play when you figure out the enemies patterns, that

Graphics, storytelling, animation, combat. There is no metric that Zelda 'smokes' anybody except for its huge brand recognition and sales.

Horizon gets hate because it's mediocre in every way that isn't visual. Trust me... nobody is surprised that PS fans hype up their exclusives and that they sell well. Especially when they're bundled with new consoles.

Combat in horizon s more complex than 99% open worlds including zelda. If u want to go there. Air combat, underwater, traps, turning enemies against each other, bunch of different weapon, ammo for different enemies, melee, fire, acid, electro...u name it.
Now show us link fighting 2 trolls with apple and woden sword.

It’ll be successful on console too by some metric since unit sales won’t be shit cuz gamespass. But yea it’ll definitely be mostly played on pc. It is a pc game ported to console after all. There’s no way it’ll flop even on Xbox where there’s 4 Bethesda games in top 50 at all times.

It’s not the first time a tentpole Bethesda release only launched on Xbox. Morriwind… Oblivion…. That’s how they got traction on console to begin with.

I’m done with Bethesda cuz I won’t buy an Xbox or a Microsoft product but the fandom is huge.
