And there are no known "conditions" for the deal to go through... we have no clue about MS's convos with the FTC.
They said vague stuff about "not removing Call of Duty from Playstation" but that legit could just be Warfare/Warfare 2 + not breaking their contracts for the next 2 mainline games.
I don't know if they are at all and if there is a time limit attached to it. I guess they could easily circumvent it by naming CoD differently, while keeping everything else the same.

I think Phil and MS would love to have close to 80million console sales again, and the whole if we want to, sounds kinda lame.
But Phil and Xbox are in a position where it doesn’t really matter. They couldn’t sell close to the competition but they are going a different route now.
Its a luxury Nintendo or Sony couldn’t have, they need to sell consoles to make consoles and they need to sell games to make more games.
MS just has a different level of money. If they had Nintendo’s or Sony’s Budget they would be out of the industry or close to by now
