Legends, basically a collection of older players, was exclusive. FUT was always available elsewhere. Imagine the amount of money someone would have to pay EA to make FIFA or Madden Ultimate Team exclusive to one platform

These back and forth lists of money hat deals we see because of this acquisition have gotten very repetitive and old. But I do like how on the Xbox side, people have to go back generations for anything meaningful. I saw someone in this thread bring up Quantum Break

At the end of the day, Sony is against this deal because it fucks up their CoD revenue. And Sony fanboys are against it because they want things to remain status quo, where Sony dominates sales and gets every money hat deal they want. It’s as simple as that.

Dude, MS made Stalker 2, Darktide, The Medium, CrossfireX, Gunk deals etc...this gen. LOL Ignoring it, huh? So, what if deals from previous gens were brought. It counts. Get it or not? Regarding Quantum Break....it is the same gen where FFVII Remake was exclusive and Xbox fans are loving to mention it very often? A problem?

Always felt he was just placating to his Xbox fanbase since they're whales he can easily get money from. Though all of this has basically made me remove him as a legitimate source for gaming news, even WRT the acquisition.

And I'm keeping tabs on lots of people like that in case they decide to flip-flop and bring that type of energy to the PlayStation side of things. IMO we don't need that kind of energy in the hobby, period!

Halo had problems across all platforms.

Crackdown 3 was terrible. While the graphics were OK and the gravity gun was fairly impressive the levels were literally ps2 design - 3 factions of baddies where the enemies were all the same in each faction, the only difference was colour.

The 1st hour of the game was good, then you could see where budget ran out and they literally copy/pasted in faction 3 times.

He's an Xbox guy through and through.... they had a GOWR review / discussion and he was just critical with very little positive to say I found and Chris destroyed him in the nicest way possible with well reasoned points and poking holes in Hoegs logic.

Even though Chris himself admits he is more of an Xbox / PC person.

I've never watched a Hoeg video because after seeing so many (certain) people post his vids, it was quite clear which way he leaned. And blatant bias is not at all what I'm looking for with regards to information on these events. I'd love to see the behind the scenes framework for how so many people suddenly became pro-MS and pro-merger and pro-consolidation. They've just been crawling out of the woodwork over the last while, haven't they?

Agreed on that kind of energy too. Providing ammo for gamers to fight more is not in any way constructive.

Well, I was talking technical performance, not whether it was fun or not. Like of course I know people hated Halo 4 and 5.
