I imagine they think of all this as just noise. They have their documents, procedures, and policies and are following the legal process laid out by their respective guidelines and governments. All parties involved seem to have this attitude, except for MS.

Is this a serious thing they’re going to try an acccomplish? My guess is, no, but they wanted the headline out there so they had their senator ask the question for headline purposes. It does seem like there is a coordinated push today that it’s japans governments fault that Xbox is doing bad in japan though, we’ll see how that plays out.
