You can’t count Sony out of it. Sony will never buy huge mess like EA. They have zero to nothing from interest to Sony. The same applies for Take2. Sony will buy a pub. from Japan. Only question is the slow as molasses Sony corporate taking the threat seriously and would they outlay such a big amount to secure their stake in gaming for the long term. Whether that's EA or Take2
Didn't 'A Plague Tale Requiem' also release on PS and Nintendo? Maybe I'm misremembering. I've been meaning to play both it and the original release. It looks like an interesting premise and story.

If they still want to sell today, Saudia Arabia and Tencent are probably the only two real choices. Well, maybe Comcast, but not if it means spinning off NBC/Uni so that they can invest in a video game company.

Yeah at this point, we need to move on, Sony needs to have a showcase and they need to work on a more substantial response to some of these purchases.

I mean they already have right. That is still their current stance to divest. But yeah question will be do they still stick to that?
Allegedly Sony responded to them last week. No doubt they will be raising issues with the cloud SLC and maybe even providing a reason to reconsider the console SLC.
What would surprise me at this point is if it goes through on the 26th.
Sony's response in regards to Cloud doesn't seem like it should matter much, Amazon and Apple (who also want to block) matter a lot more.

CMA have named Sony and Amazon as key cloud competitors to Microsoft, if we are talking about cloud right now apple are irrelevant to the CMA. Maybe something has changed I'm not aware of but that was CMAs last position.
