Gotta say, FTC arguments are pretty decent. I think the cloud market concerns have a better chance of success than the console market concerns though.

According to what I've read, the FTC have to win on market definition, they have to demonstrate that there is at least some potential for harm from this merger than deserves to be further investigated, and they have to convince the judge that not allowing the merger wouldn't hurt MS or ABK.
