The FTC actually seems to be raising some good points on paper, but I have serious doubts about how fair this judge will be.

2021 is a terrible year to look at also. We all know there was genuine stock shortages in the USA for both consoles that year, them losing to sales could be as simple as sony just producing more stock, or xbox struggling to produce them.

Lina Khan's FTC will undoubtedly wipe the floor with MS using the facts of MS own behavior. While all of the xbots on internet forums would have you believe that FTC had no idea what they were talking about when they first sued.
I dont see how the FTC doesn't walk away with at LEAST a partial win in some form. Judge's son be damned
This is actually an argument as to why they shouldn’t be able to just keep buying up the major players in the market IMO. They are failing otherwise. Using Windows/Office money to buy up the gaming market is as anti competitive as it gets I would think. Especially given their already demonstrated behavior and intent.

That's not a counter. The entirety of SE doesn't bring in what COD alone brings. That's not counting all other Activision titles or Zenimax.

That shouldn't really be entertained though from the FTC or the judge.
You can't just buy other companies on a whim, and publishers of ABK level is something you need the stars to align.
