Ree is saying the ftc is embarrassing themselves but listening to it they seem to have a much better grasp of the situation than I think any of us thought? Pete Hines testimony went horribly imo and Sarah bond keeps stonewalling but the ftc keeps getting jabs in. Matt bootys statements were forgettable.

We already know people like Vigalante Joker and Yoga Flame are going to say anything to make it seem like MS have this in the bag, but those idiots aren't capable of critical thought because their bias is skin-tight.

No one would listen to the Pete Hines and Sarah Bond testimonies and think "Man Microsoft are doing amazing right now!"

Pete Hines testimony by itself was enough to show Ms is lying through their teeth and have every intention to foreclose. If it’s the same lawyer as today I can’t imagine what it will be like when Philness take the stand.

With all that said it unfortunately comes down to the ruling of one judge and we don’t know what she’s thinking now.

The Xbox shills ignoring what actually happened in the court room today is definitely a coordinated strategy. As biased as fosspatents is, i followed some of what he was saying on twitter before if found a stream and he’s LESS biased than that ree thread. Like he almost seemed reasonable and down the middle compared to that place.

In the meantime, a temporary restraining order has been granted that prevents MS from merging with ABK until 5 days after the judge makes her decision. MS is trying to merge before the FTC can start their administrative trial, because if they do, FTC have almost no power to stop them afterwards.

Yep. Best case IMO would be to catch the official Zoom call before the limit's reached, and listen. Or, next-best case, find a restream (like some did today) and turn off the chat while just listening to the feed.

From there you can easily follow along with what's being revealed and come to your own conclusions.

Jeez, the Reset thread must be a complete dumpster fire then. Glad I've gotten to known the worst of the culprits by name; it has been fun highlighting their stupidity on Twitter and I will definitely be amplifying that if they want to continue being dumb, or have a nuclear meltdown if things don't go their way at the end.
