No the issue here is not flags in a game. The flags were in the game, it was shipped, people played it, some complained, life goes on, freedom.

That a site owner felt he could not in good conscience leave a mod on his site that someone else made for only people who want it, due to his politics, is the issue here. I think it's retarded personally. As has been stated already the site owner can do what he wants, we are discussing whether or not this is the right thing to do.

It's funny hearing people project that they know I would definitely do the same thing on a site I own because hey the situation is reversed and we know you hate gays so you would totally remove this stuff because of YOUR politics right? Wrong!

If nexus mods was being overrun with anti gay stuff, I might actually support action being taken, to undercut brigading only, not to censor based on my politics.

Not sure what you are trying to say.
For me replace the flag via a mod is fine… you probably have others mods in the Nexus that does that.

Now use the mod that replace the flag to spread hate speech just because you hate people that are different to you is not.

The mode creator targeted the LGBT+++ users in the modder community.

BTW it is just not Nexus… all major mods sites did the same.
