Read somewhere, that using John Constantine wasn't possible due to licensing with other projects... Johanna exists in the lore but not in the correct timeline and they just pretty much exchanged her with John here.Constantine I did not like too but Lucifer was masterfully choose… the role fits so well with an tall fallen angel that I could not see it being better ported.
She was one of the best cast in the show and I can’t see how it will be in the next season where Lucifer takes a main role.
BTW Neil Gaiman contacted her for the rola so he was already sure what he wanted.
Not nowadays they don't. They go out of their way to promote the idea that women are just as strong and physically proficient as men (ridiculous), that men are toxic, and that men are stupid/figures of fun.No, there isn’t. Women and LGBT people spend money, there’s no reason why they shouldn’t appeal stuff for them. She Hulk is already a success.
Lots of movie promote masculinity and I see no one complaining about that, why can’t they make movies that promote “femininity”?
It’s fiction, it doesn’t need to be real. And there are lots of women there are stronger than lots of men.Not nowadays they don't. With shows like Ms Marvel for example, it feel like the studio is going in all on the female thirty-something crowd at the expense of other groups in a comic book adaptation. Just look at the marketing.
Then you have nonsense like Charlie's Angel where the director went out of her way to gaslight men before release.
It's an over-correction on the part of studios and writers, and part of the reason Charlie's Angels and Ghostbusters for example bombed. Also why I think Ms Marvel will bomb. But any analysis gets caught up in 'toxic masculinity' being at fault for media like this turning away viewers with their heavy-handed approach, male and female alike.
DynamiteVision.Diversity is allowing everything to coexist equally whether good or bad. Also good or bad is a human perspective based upon a wide range of experiences and morality which is completely independent per person.
Most people wouldn't know what true diversity is if it knocked them in the head. A mod like this being removed is a simple case of I'm right you're wrong and I don't care what you believe. That's the antithesis of diversity.
Diversity of thought: “gay people should not have rights”So not allowing diversity in viewpoints, thoughts and ideology is somehow diversity to you folks? Please attempt to make that logically sound.
You guys love diversity of appearance, but you're completely intolerant when it comes to diversity of thought.
As long as the inclusiveness is not going against the story and character, then it’s all fine and nobody should care. It’s fiction, it doesn’t need to be real. And there are lots of women there are stronger than lots of men.
I really think you’re just paranoid. And the shows are a success so who cares?
They’re phasing out the old avengers characters and are introducing the new one. She hulk exists in the comics, too.As long as the inclusiveness is not going against the story and character, then it’s all fine and nobody should care.
But stuff like she hulk feels pointless. People love the hulk character that is established. It totally breaks the lore to have multiple of same heroes who just happened to have the same powers. Same with spider man.
The character repeats make sense in their own but not when original exist.
I don’t want black widow or gamora to be a man. I don’t need that to empathise with character.
But new characters for sure! I love Abby from tlou2 and making a man version of her would be idiotic
On average men are significantly stronger than women. Go to any gym and you will see the reality of things. Thing is, all the women I know understand and appreciate this, and see straight through the pandering bullshit. It’s fiction, it doesn’t need to be real. And there are lots of women there are stronger than lots of men.
I really think you’re just paranoid. And the shows are a success so who cares?
Why do I care? Because I want to be entertained.
Imagine posting something so simplistic and thinking that you're rightYou take entertainment in fiction by being immersed in it, not by trying to find logic loops like how 'teh women' can beat 'teh big bad guys'
Imagine posting something so simplistic and thinking that you're right
"On average men are significantly stronger than women."Exactly, now you get it, posting something simple like "women weak, men strong" and thinking you're right is an absurdly outdated way of thinking.
Thank you.
"On average men are significantly stronger than women."
The fact you actually dispute that/have an issue with me raising the depiction of this physical reality in films just confirms the stupidity of your post.
This has clearly gone above your head. Go back to making GamePass marketing material
Fiction = any old nonsense, with no reference to the real world. The fact that you say on one hand that you want to be entertained by fiction, then go into a rant about fiction not conforming to your ideals of physical superiority just confirms the closed mindedness of your personality.
This has clearly gone above the head of anyone with rational thought.
There is help….Fiction = any old nonsense, with no reference to the real world.
You really going into a meltdown about this aren't you
I can only assume you're some physically inept man who's never exercised in his life, and was bullied at school

The fact that you're triggered about this shows how distorted and fragile your mind is.Ah yes, petty insults. The sure sign of someone who knows they're on the right side of an argument
Oh, and the very definition of fiction is imagination and/or fabrication. It does not demand real world references at all.
