No way in hell, maybe Sony 2000-era will price it lower than $399, but we're talking about new Sony here, who like profitability first. My prediction: 95%: PS5 Slim still $499, 5%: $399.

Slim is probably gonna have no disc drive, so would be silly to charge more than the digital PS5 which is $399

I'm predicting the Pro at $599. I don't expect it to be cheaper than the PSVR2, even though those are somewhat different platforms.

No way, Sony would not bother with that for $100. The Series S is in practice $250 cheaper than the Series X with half the storage on top of everything that is missing.

Anything less than $200 is not realistic.

Basically the Digital PS5 ( Slim might get a price cut) Its already $399 technically.

But then I think the PS5 Slim would be less than $399. Its already 399 techinically with the Digtal PS5 being 399now.
Every other PS has had a price cut with the slim

For reference ps4 pro was the same exact price that PS4 original cost on release.

No way the Series S would be $249 and the Series X would be $499 like they currently are on Amazon then, right?

The PS5 at $349 DE would already be great value compared to any product in the market and so would be a PS5 Pro at $549 or $599.

You want Sony to sell a PS5 for less than a Switch OLED? Wake up, you would have better luck expecting Nvidia to lower the price of a RTX 4090 to $499.
