Correct.
You guys fail to realise that we actually understand your side of the debate better than you do because we've actually done the research. You haven't.

Yes, it literally does. Try it.
Evidence right here:

I expect this will be the end of the discussion on this particular argument.

I've already seen all these arguments. All the points in these FE debunk videos that take 2 seconds to Google have been addressed point by point by others. @Nym posted about this here. These deboonkers never engage in debate, and they never make responses to when someone addresses their arguments. Never.
You realize that of the camera is slanted up just a little bit that will happen. But if the ground it truly flat (and the lens doesn't blur the foreground, there is no front object obstruction, etc. ). Either way, objects and land features will appear to "sink" in the ground even if you are a mile un in the air.

Somebody else showed you how it works.

This is not how perspective works (someone else showed you).
NDT is straight up telling you that at the height of the Red Bull "edge of space" jump, you would not be able to see earth curvature. That jump was at an altitude of 128,000 feet.

I may have mixed things up with the X-15 instead... similar, but the x-15 was rocket powered plane.
How can you not verify?
Well, I can verify that the proofs that the earth is flat make no sense.

For the rest, well... Good luck trying to develop something like star link or anything else that uses non geo stationary satellites.

Please try the table and coin experiment at home then come back to me.

I have played around looking at stuff on the table from a very low angle before, it's kind of fun... That's not the same thing as the earth being flat.

Whoever made you think that was some sort of experiment used to prove that the earth was flat was either preying on your ignorance or being completely clue less.

Very few things in the world would work the way they do for the earth to be flat, all of physics would be completely different.

Please stop ignoring reality and cherry picking "experiments" that contrary to what you believe, do not prove a flat earth.

I honestly wish the earth is flat tbh, having some 3-4 Richter earthquakes every month is not fun at all.

Don't say that, I'm sure the propagation of P and S waves can easily be explained in a flying space pizza 😂

I want to see a flat-earther attempt to debunk this, really. The arguments sure will be hilarious.

We also have sigma octantis, and there's a very nice video illustrating how it too debunks the flattard theory.

Or this one, from the same website:

It's actually quite sad that there needs to be a website that so clearly explains something we've known for a couple thousand years simply because a group of grifters decided to exploit the uneducated.

Edit: Damn it, found the coin on table experiment.

Both of you are shifting the goal posts. I didn't claim it proves the earth is flat. What I claimed was that it demonstrates that you can replicate the same exact effect of objects disappearing "behind" a horizon at a much smaller scale, thus nullifying it as a point that proves earth curvature. The fact you can replicate the same thing on a flat surface debunks that it MUST be caused by curvature.

As I've said, I'm already familiar with all these arguments. And they have all been rebutted and debunked, point by point several times. Flat Earth "deboonkers" always refuse to respond to these rebuttals and never engage in debate. Isn't that odd?
I can link you videos to show you this but you won't bother to watch them.
As to the coin/table experiment debunk that you linked, the video I posted doesn't zoom in on the table, so their point about the lens widening is wrong. As to their claim the camera is slightly lower, well this is why I said try it at home. Use a string and a leveler if you want. But I know you won't bother.

Anyway, enough about Flat Earth for now I think. This thread is about all sorts of crazy conspiracies, right?
Maybe I should take another look at the stuff about covid and the vaccine. 🤔
Or perhaps the Clinton Body count?
Or how about this for a crazy conspiracy theory...

I checked google and it is about the Holocaust?

You probably underestimate the power of mass starvation. Most genocide high death toll is the result of mass starvation: Congo, Pol Pot, Stalin, Mao, Holocaust, etc.

Masscre with involving mass murder has lower toll: Indonesia, Nanjing, etc.

A lot of rumours spreading online that there's going to be another Covid lockdown around Sept/Oct. 🤔

I read somewhere says that institutions in United States starts mandating masks, like out of nowhere, some conspiracy says it is because of US presidental elections.

If it is true, like do these f***heads running US think that the world revolves around them that they has to screw the world every 4 years?

Various different sources that I follow, none of them mainstream media, which I don't trust at all.
#donotcomply was trending on Twitter yesterday.
News outlets around the world have been spreading fear of a new Covid variant. Of course the advice is to get another booster shot.
A whistle-blower from TSA about a week ago said TSA employees were told that masks are coming back by October for travelers and full Covid lockdowns and restrictions by December due to a new “dangerous variant”.
Few days after that several universities and organisations announced they would be bringing back mask mandates. At least one college that I know of has reinstated maks, social distancing, quarantine, contact tracing, etc.

Obviously it's all speculation at this point, but some early signs are showing up, and "conspiracy theorists" have repeatedly been proven right over the last 4 years.
