Words in his mouth yet it was his interpreter translating what he said to the interviewer. You do understand how that isn't "putting words in his mouth," correct?
Miyazaki said "Obviously, as one of the creators of Bloodborne, my personal, pure honest opinion is I'd love more players to be able to enjoy it. Especially as a game that is now coming of age, one of those games of the past that gets lost on older hardware—I think any game like that, it'd be nice to have an opportunity for more players to be able to experience that and relive this relic of the past. So as far as I'm concerned, that's definitely not something I'd be opposed to."
That is quite literally saying he wants it to be ported to more platforms without deliberately saying that statement. On top of that, he also said this: "I know for a fact these guys want a Bloodborne PC port," which refers to FromSoftware producer Yasuhiro Kitao and interpreter Bobby Simpson seated at the conference table near him.
I get you have a vendetta against PC, but you can't claim they're lying about what Miyazaki said when it's his own words.
Miyazaki's hands are literally tied, Sony owns Bloodborne's IP and Japan Studio is literally gone, who is going to pick up Bloodborne if Sony doesn't wake the fuck up and do it themselves? Miyazaki was the director of Bloodborne, he doesn't control the game, Sony owns the IP, they killed the studio that co-developed it and were the ones who actually approached FromSoftware about it in the first place. Quit pointing your fingers at anyone other than Sony, who is responsible for the game's metaphorical death.
