The question needs to be asked, why does PlayStation not have any of these obvious shill sites and why are review aggregators giving them legitimacy?

If sony did this, I'm sure it would be framed as some type of crime or something.

87 is a great score. I still think this game is what MS needs, it didn't fall short. Its a AAA game that's very popular and got great reviews. Now they should think about how they achieve this once or twice a year.

I agree that 87 is not a bad score at all but it's hard to truly know if the game is actually worth a score 87%.

I have now watched a ton load of videos, I have seen many glitches, bugs, bad performance, and a lot of empty worlds.

Not only that, but I have seen a lot of sites, some giving the game ridiculously high scores like 9.5, 10/10, etc. (sorry to say this but those sites doing that need to be thrown out in the garbage truck )

Couple that with the fact that Microsoft blacklisted a lot of sites to negate any major criticism from a lot of reviewers makes me really think the game is a bit fluffed up in its overall scoring.

Not at all. NMS is boring with no quests and no incentive to go travel far.

The difference here being that TLOU II is legitimately one of the best games ever. But if your point is that publisher related publications should not have their score count towards the aggregated score, I agree.

87 is not a great score for the expectations and hype this game had from the publisher and Xbox fans.

It was suppose to be the biggest exclusive since Halo for Microsoft. It has been outscored by FF16 which Xbox fans considered a failure.

Reality is this game has been treated with kid gloves by reviewers.

No one wants to say it is a massive disappointment so not to upset Microsoft.

There's nuance to all this, all I will say is seeing the facial animations just made it look...normal to me. It didn't look amazing or like the 2nd coming. Especially factoring in everything else about the game. I say this because that made Zero Dawn underwhelming to me, and elevated Forbidden...
