i am considering to do opposite. those presentation can spoil more than any demo. plus, demo, could give you a closure about combat, combat weight, movement etc..

I would play the demo if it was months away but a few weeks, nah.
I don't mind anything that's shown in a presentation as long as it's not story/character related. I'm fine with gameplay and stuff like that being shown. I just don't want major story stuff being shown. I do agree in regards about the combat and stuff but since this is part two, im expecting to feel right at home with the gameplay and combat. Sure, they add more and improve on some stuff but it's still going to feel and play like Remake, just better.
