Why is superiority in quotations? It's a binary of is or is not, and it 100% is.
You cannot compare PC and consoles. And if you want to do that. You need to take into account the price point.

I’ll be swinging my RTX sword for the PC army if necessary but before that I’m gonna say that Jim Ryan is a beast and generally does a good job for the PlayStation brand while Phil “Cool Uncle” Spencer is good at PR but awful at managing Xbox Game Studios.
I also wish Gabe would stop running Valve like a hippy and actually put some effort getting more stock for the Steam Deck who is the best gaming device released in a very long time and deserves to go mainstream.

But it's not? It highly depends on specs. Or is PC always the highest/most expensive possible configuration? In that case, it would still be highly subjective*. What about Macs? They are by definition PCs, are they better than consoles for gaming?
*I could live without PC gaming, but not without PS and Nintendo because of their exclusives.
