They are aimed only at ND games because they have drastically better and more believable characters than what you get on most/all other games.
It was always an unintended compliment in disguise. Nobody gives a shit that most other video game characters are mass murders as well because they are simply not believable enough as humans. ND is the first to run into that problem because they are far ahead of everyone else.
TLoU Part I and Part 2 are obvious answers to that, Part 2 clearly wants you to progressively feel more and more uncomfortable with the actions Ellie is taking, they are meant to be unsettling (same was true for Joel in the end of the first game).

To be fair there are some guys that like to body build here that see body with muscles hot.
