he hasn't done such a bad job, besides the pity PC ports, and the impending live service model, which I can't comment on because it hasn't happened yet.
other than than that he keeps his mouth shut, doesn't engage with fanboys on twitter, and is just generally kept from the public eye.
He lacks the rockstar status of Shuhei or Gio but that's done by design so that a cult of personality doesn't develop, and he can't gain sway over Sony's board. (Credit - Colin Moriarty, Sacred Symbols podcast - for drawing to attention to this.)
pretty sure this is why MS can't remove Phil even if they wanted to.
anyways, not much to say about Jim, yet. the next few years will show what his legacy actually looks like. But, I have a feeling he'll step down or be replaced soon, doesn't seem like a long-laster imo.
