MGS2 sold 7 million on the ps2 alone, it outsold MSG5 which released on more platforms.

This is a terrible argument too Don't equate sales to quality.

MGS2 is legendary for its own sake & MGSV is MGS2.5

I think when it comes to pure gameplay, I prefer MGS5 to MGS4. MGS4 had like 3 MGS stages and the rest were different.

I love them all but MGS5 open sandbox gameplay is really addictive and gave me like hundreds of hours of MGS gameplay. The presentation and story wasnt as good as the others but I enjoyed the twist and lore. It was missing the indoor stealth and metroidvania bits that was in MGS1/MGS2
