One tiny bit suggestion sure: the dash for the site name icon-era is not good for the site and its potential long term growth. iconera is fine, without the dash.

Yeah the name is Iconera but the domain name was taken. Rather difficult to get many domains.
But we might buy eventually if its not too expensive.
