You don't even understand how game publishing works and you want to apply arbitrary definitions to it.
First party and third party is not about the relationship of the publisher and developer. It has nothing to do with co development (lol). It is not about the ownership of developers.
You are trying to make these elements part of the definition and that is not what it is.
First party is the platform holder publishing on their own platform, third party is a third party publishing on that platform. That is IT
