Man the proliferation of pointless "launchers" was one of the worst trends in gaming. The one thing I was hoping for in the MS/Activision merge was that MS would kill Battlenet and put Blizzard games on Steam. The trend is going in the right direction finally. You got my blood pressure up proposing another one.
That's why PC is fucking stupid. They could drive people to PS5 and PS4 Portable, bring more purpose/extend the life of the current "Deluxe/Cross-Gen" game sku's where you get PS4 and PS5 copies of a game. And not lose any sales percent to PC ecosystem.

I don't know why anyone would want to be more protective of Sony's profits than they are. Obviously they're doing this, they're going to keep doing it, and they're doing it to make profits with no downside. This fear of Sony 'losing any sales percent' to PC is bizarre to me.
