Honestly, Canada is worse. A guy here got told by the court that he had to pay support to an ex-wife he’d divorced 20 years ago when she became severely ill, even though their divorce agreement had no alimony agreement!

Before Trudeau came in office I thought that Canada was better managed in general than the US at least... Whatever party was in power for the last 20 years prior, it seemed to be headed in the right direction for a while.

Now it's all broken (not all Trudeau's fault, but he and his team are doing all they can to precipitate the fall).

Honestly, 99% of it is Pierre Trudeau's fault, due to the bullshit constitution he brought in. He broke the system and made it impossible to fix without just burning the constitution and charter and starting fresh.
