Well deserved. It's not really sticking my neck out at this point but I would wager just under 10 mil lifetime is in this title's future based on previous performances of single SKU titles in the series:

My colleague bought it the next day after he tried the demo. He loves it.
When a game is good, the demo will sell it. No amount of youtube shills and sockpuppet metacritic review bombing will prevent that.
The "it's not a real FF so it'll flop", "it's exclusive so it'll flop" and "S-E is panicking so it'll flop" crowds are all in shambles

If they don't put it on PS+ too soon I think it should have long legs given the high quality and the fact that it's more broad appealing than your usual Final Fantasy.
