especially Starfield, SSD plus I/O should give some big advantages, especially when worlds are generated not made, so that info flowed can be critical. loading times, assets, everything.That is the reality.
BTW I believe the Redfall canceled PS5 version should be way better too.

at this point, both punching on its own weight category.2 and half years after release and the PS5 still punching above it's weight.
This is a sort of worst case scenario as well, where it's from an internal studio that had a long time to optimize for Xbox and every incentive to make the Xbox version better.

A 12TF Full RDNA2 with VRS/Sampler Feedback/Velocity Architecture/DX12 Ultimate blazingly fast monster getting consistently beat by an overclocked 8TF RDNA1.5 that Cerny put together at the last minute for 2 and a half years is hilarious.at this point, both punching on its own weight category.
plus, multiple times it would have been reviewed and talked, that when next gen game comes, PS5 performs even better than cross gen games. and here we are.
