It’s not so much raw power as it is efficiency and design elegance.

It is buggiest console to date. So many games on it are bugged, doesn't work properly, problems all the time. It is one fucked up console. You can't blame developers any more, it's the system which is shit.
It’s putting in more grunt and getting less results due to poor design and broken software tools. There’s really no debate that it does have higher specs on paper, but how those resources can be used is limited by bad decisions.

Starting with universal SDK that basically fucked PC and console development… PC and console are different with different targets and mixing them in a same abstraction layers just generate issues in both sides.
Consoles should have specialized SDKs and so PC needs to focus in their multi configs systems.

Focus on Gamepass low budget development.
