I finally read this. It's the opinion of three lawyers following the case. None of them believe that the CMA will reconsider any of the theories of harm established in the PF. All of them believe that the door for behavioural remedies is just "slightly open". Then it just talks about recent precedents where the CMA and EC have diverged.

So, nothin really new.

I doubt it, but I guess we'll see eventually. Looks like Idas is exaggerating MS chances for getting away with light behavioral remedies here.

Also, I found the interview with the head of the EC. Around the 6:50 mark, she also mentions how the regulators could potentially have different decisions, for what it's worth.

Bethesda games have always been trash anyway. I remember being banned from era for a week for saying I didn’t like Bethesda games so the buyout meant nothing to me. They accused me of trying to rile people up.
