So you made that last post up?

I don't know if your dense-ness is performative or genuine lol.

CMA was having hearings on the acquisition as early as a few days ago. Their final report and the remedies conclusion won't be until the end of April unless they push it back again, between now and then all parties are continuing to work on this.

Which part did I make up, specifically ?

Final report and remedies conclusion, that the CMA have said they're against, won't be decided until April, yet you said:
The remedial discussions on the deal is very actively happening right now,

all of it.

The CMA have given their initial findings. Microsoft replied to their initial findings with their own proposals no less than 5 days ago.

If you think that there won't be any more discussion from either of them on the matter, I don't know what to tell you.

You are being incredibly dense here.

This is the current roadmap.

Goal post moving, deflection and you being a weasel.

It's my fault really. If you try and stop the kid from eating the crayons he's going to dribble on you.

Everydaybeast comes up with more original replies than this.

I have no idea who that is, but I'm sure even he/she/they understand that discussions on the matter of remedies will be happening until the CMA announces their result in April. Something that you don't seem to think is the case.

But I digress, the original point was that unless we get final conclusions, saying the deal is going to go one way or the other is a fools errand.

i am not sure, is your first language english? or you just ignore what regulators says? what is going on here?

CMA clearly, wrote, black on white, only way we gonna approve this deal if Activision and CoD is cut off from this deal.
Everyone outside of this site, which largely consists of Playstation fans, says the same thing I do. Maybe its you who needs to read more.

There's a difference between being hopeful because the CMA didn't say "no behavioural remedy could possibly" and closely reading, or reading between the lines. At the time of the PF, they knew of the remedies proffered even if they didn't officially consider them at the time, they think there's an SLC, they don't think the conditions here meet the criteria for situations where behavioural remedies are suitable remedies, and even outside of this one case, their policy and messaging has been strongly consistent. Microsoft's has been transparent, but not consistent. They want CoD and divestment is not an option. Therefore, it's a lost cause.

The deal will not be approved. In the other direction, you could argue it hopeful (or projecting) that the CMA was always going to prohibit this because of an agenda against big tech and knows the other structural remedies it offered cannot be accommodated. This is as much of a reach in my opinion as suggesting they are leaving the door open to behavioural remedies.

Really, everyone? Can you show me where in CMA report everyone stating that?

I am not talking about anything else clearly, especially xbots and their shills who lying to the public.

Yes, I'll be sure to just ignore all the experts and listen to random Playstations fans on this forum instead next time. See you in two months.

It's funny how you ignore, from a "fandom" standpoint, that everybody against this deal that comments on ERA, as an example, is being banned.

"All the experts"

CMA: Concerned with SLC
EC: Concerned with SLC
FTC: Concerned with SLC

Maybe you should stop listening to "experts" that have or still work for Microsoft / ABK.

The point of my question was... to prove a point.

Microsoft (or Xbox, as I should have worded it) Is mostly unable to create new franchises. Most of their "beloved" franchises were actually moneyhat exclusives, not games they developed and fostered (or even commissioned). It's a sad state of affairs when the first console was released over 20 years ago.

Literally nobody says that, not even Adam. And the fanboys are outraging because the deal will either be blocked or MS will have to let CoD go.
