MS seem to be heavily implying that if they can't finish up before the due date, it's over.
At least we'll have some peace for FF16. You know he would be ruining every thread with concern, dooming and trolling like he did with Forspoken and Rebirth.

Quite confused about which way the wind is blowing with this thing now. It seems to me like these dates are a good thing for MS.
Did they get what they wanted from the judge in the end?
You know, I thought it was a bluff at first, but there very well could be truth to the notion that MS was going to sign off on the deal and put up with whatever collective fallout results from ignoring the decision of the CMA.

I think most of us are... we all have games now to look forward to, everyone should be happy and get back to focusing on actual gaming IMO.
I wonder if the injunction hearings will be like the CAT hearings where everything is livestreamed.

According to that article, this is the same judge that rejected the injunction for the "Gamers' Lawsuit". Also, that article in general seems to have a pretty pro-acquisition bias to it.

I honestly think that's a bluff. No company in their right mind, especially Microsoft, would close without approval in the UK or EU. US is a little different.
