There's not really a date set. More then likely it'll be Wednseday at the earliest I can't imagine it being Monday and Tuesday is a U.S Holiday. I could be wrong though.
Edit: Well apparently MS is pressing the Judge for a decision before July 18th the deadline.

Marvel's biggest problem was honestly that Disney was too hands-off. Their decline started before they were bought, it's why they were going bankrupt. They left those same losers in editorial in charge and here we are.

MS cannot decide that on its own. It's clear from the contract that the deal definitely requires CMA approval, and right now Bobby doesn't seem to want to go that route. There are reliable reports of behind-the-scenes disagreements between the parties. So I don't think Activision will take this train because the risk is far too big and the hands would still be tied, for example when it comes to negotiating new contracts.
