I do want more live stage shows from Sony. I miss them badly. Announcing games years away I don’t mind either. They shouldn’t have stopped doing that. If they really have at all. Wolverine was announced 2 years ago. It builds hype and anticipation.

Im allowed to complain about Sony, they are my main platform and they are making mistake after mistake. Yeah there doing great, I love my PS5 but I want more. Yakuza gone, Persona gone, Detroit studio gone. Miyazaki exclusive nowhere in sight, Japan Studios smaller games and AA games, like Gravity Rush and Last Guardian gone, Hellblade studio gone,Supermassive exclusives gone.

The only big 3rd party studio coming back is Team Ninja with Rise of the Ronin, which is great and so is the Final Fantasies, but after the PS4’s success I expect more, not less.

I have a PS5 (had, Im gonna buy another when I return home in 4 months) and VR2. What else hardware do I need to care about. Im not gonna celebrate them releasing accessories Lol.
I enjoy the games, FF16, Spiderman 2 and Horizon DLC, but thats not enough in 2023. I hope and think they will have more than the list show for 2024 otherwise its not gonna be a great 2 years from the main in house studios. Im exciting for Death Stranding 2 and ROR but I want more.

I dont care about green rats and them failing. They would be fed shit from Phil’s toilet and pretend they are happy. I will always ex[ect more from Sony though as a fan. While most see the point you're making it helps to look at it from the other side of the perspective. Even if some of the guys here don't play those Ips or never have they still see how much money they make. Think about COD for example we know it sold more on Playstation then Xbox. Xbox is leaving it on the competitors console sure but all that money COD makes 100% goes to them now which is more potential fuel for buying Studios, and Publishers. Not to mention they have the advantage in contract terms so they could be charging them more then what Activision originally did. This is just 1 IP they have as an example.

Judging by the consoles sales, many people were fine not playing Bethesda games like Hifi, Redfall and Starfield. Sales were down every quarter in 2023 and Starfield month it was up single digit in US but down 35% in Europe so about 25% down in total.

Bethesda games were always big on PC so it's pointless to talk about the sales there but it was still below Fallout 4 in 2015.

Fallout 76 is when I knew this company is average and won’t advanced in game design.
