I didn't have major framerate issues and I liked the whole aesthetic of Skyrim at the time. You can try picking it up now since it runs well on most platforms. I find Bethesda's gameplay loop very intrinsically rewarding, you can sink hours on a single gaming session.Skyrim was very easy for me to put down because of the abysmal framerate & bad graphics
Game's almost below 75% on steam right now, it also hasn't broken it's peak CCU yet
'this is a next gen pc game' ... is he for real there's absolutely nothing 'next gen' about this game it's incredibly datedi am a believer now. The media is indeed in sony's pocket
The last time I tried it was on ps4 pro & ran like shit I doubt the ps5 version is any better since they couldn't be bothered to add 60fpsI didn't have major framerate issues and I liked the whole aesthetic of Skyrim at the time. While the arguments we've made aren't likely to discourage players who went into Starfield wishing for another Bethesda RPG, we're convinced that, if for no other reason than the time available, it could have done a lot more than a washed-up Borderlands in a compartmentalized universe. Moreover, if you're looking for a more immersive experience, we suggest that you play Fallout 3 or Elder Scrolls: Skyrim if you haven't already

According to Tom warren…i am a believer now. The media is indeed in sony's pocket

Exactly it was made for 360 & PS3 the fact they re released it on PS4 / Xbox one & it still runs like shit is telling lol then they couldn't get it running any better with mid gen refreshers either & ps5 & Xbox series still couldn't be bothered to fix itI'm playing it on PS4 right now and it crashes at least once every time I play, has massive slow-down in certain areas, and I've discovered one game-breaking bug. It does not run well on most platforms and, if it does, it's because people are using mods that fix the game because Bethesda couldn't be bothered.
Yeah, it update a bit later after I posted. It actually just managed to last I checked: 284K, a new peak. It'll probably climb a bit more today but I don't see how it pushes well north of 300K CCU.
Could it get > 300K on Steam concurrent though? Yeah, I'd say it's 50/50 chance.
Well we also have to take into consideration the game is also on Game Pass PC. I don't care about this game but some of the discourse is kinda tunnel vision.Yeah, it update a bit later after I posted.
It broke the 300k barrier with 313k 3 hours ago, which tbh is kinda weak for the "first weekend" of a highly anticipated game
Of course, Which is why I commented earlier that I wish we had hard numbers for gamepass pc, gamepass xbox, xbox pc app sales and xbox console sales as well as Baldur's Gate 3 console players and sales so we could do a proper comparison, but one thing is for sure, I don't think anyone expected a Bethesda game to be below a Indie RPG.Well we also have to take into consideration the game is also on Game Pass PC. Okay fair enough and I fully agree. I didn't read many posts in here honestly, so my approach was just based off reading your response.Of course, Which is why I commented earlier that I wish we had hard numbers for gamepass pc, gamepass xbox, xbox pc app sales and xbox console sales as well as Baldur's Gate 3 console players and sales so we could do a proper comparison, but one thing is for sure, I don't think anyone expected a Bethesda game to be below a Indie RPG.
Out of curiosity, are there any laser/particle/rail/energy beam kinda weapons in the games, i see so many videos of shotguns and machine guns.I didn't have major framerate issues and I liked the whole aesthetic of Skyrim at the time. Unfortunately, which is why I went with just steam for my comparison. The best we will get is possibly just physical copies, and considering most Series consoles in the wild are S, that won't matter much.Okay fair enough and I fully agree. Unfortunately going forward we will never get hard data from Xbox. They are already fudging statistics. Won't be soon till we hear 20 million Starfield players.
I picked up a laser weapon right at the start of the game, don't know about what kind of mods you can do with it thoughout of curiosity, are there any laser/particle/rail/energy beam kinda weapons in the games, i see so many videos of shotguns and machine guns.
theirs nothing indie about BG3....Of course, Which is why I commented earlier that I wish we had hard numbers for gamepass pc, gamepass xbox, xbox pc app sales and xbox console sales as well as Baldur's Gate 3 console players and sales so we could do a proper comparison, but one thing is for sure, I don't think anyone expected a Bethesda game to be below a Indie RPG.
