TotK and BG3 are my choices for GOTY right now… I will play BG3 to choose one.
While that I hope for a nice surprise until the end of the year.
Yeah the worldbuilding of Bethesda games is always amazing,
The execution usually leaves to be desired
Most leakers are saying it peforms exactly like Fallout 4 and Skyrim, a lot of things to do and explore but with the classic Bethesda jank. So if you liked their previous games you will love Starfield

Agreed, but obviously you have the Sony shills of IC plotting to review bomb it. Can’t blame them, not like they have any games to play.
did they change the fate of Redflag, Crackdown 3, Sea of Thives, ReCore, State of decay?.....90+ with Xbox outlets like Pure Xbox boosting the score

The thing is that folks that like "prestige" one and doners don't understand that the base game of a BGS release is just a canvas (mainly on PC) as long as the game is not broken it's fun and immersive, the rest is up to the community. The game will continue being relevant for a decade or more thanks to modding and total conversions.
Just like Skyrim, oblivion, Morrowind and the fallout games.

Nah i love Skyrim, it's just that Bethesda games usually age pretty badly.

She lied saying she was working as writer in Ragnarok but her name was never show in the credits as writer or anything else.
Games media really been getting eggs in their faces with their reviews for this gen. Halo Infinite, Cyberpunk, Deathloop to name a few all scored in the high 80s and then were met with the absolute opposite reception by everybody else. Starfield is next up to see whether it will share the same fate and with the way MS been handling the review codes it possible Starfield might not be that homerun Xbox was hoping for. I hope I am wrong cause I enjoy Bethesda RPGs but this whole build up to Starfield to me feels different in a worrisome way compared to the build up of past Fallout games and Skyrim.
While she is not a dev, she didn't necessarily lie.
Music artist that worked in the game but is not in the credits. So Alanah's contributions are probably small, but it doesn't mean she lied.
And she does work for Santa Monica.
Edit - Her linkedin lists her as a contractor, so it's not only possible, but very likely, that they did not list some contractors due to them... being contractors. Just a theory.
Jessica Mao was a intern at Santa Monica between May and August 2021 (that is proved).
She alleged that worked in the editing and arrangement of initial scene of Ragnarok.
As she was a intern then I believe she was supervisioned by somebody else... so her work was not directed done by her or the decisions was not done by her... she is learning.... but I know there is interns abuse in some places.
I'm not saying I don't believe here but she needs more than a twitter account post to prove herself.
I mean I worked at The Last of Us 2 and got not credited either

- Inventory management is very difficult
- Weak character models and facial animations.
- The game doesn't explain much of its systems.
