This is not happening lol, there are 2 high profile Squeenix games and DQ will 99% be shown on Nintendo show, KH4 is for one of the Dorito pope's show. Maybe we get ff9 remake. Starry sky valley is fake maybe next year we get its announcement and I think Khazan is going with xbox marketing
If true then 3P is definitely going to save this SOP because the HZD remaster still makes zero sense, and I figure we'd hear about Balrog's space epic before GOT2 or else what exactly has his team been doing the past 4+ years? Gravity Rush is at least a valid game to remaster but will this mean a new Gravity Rush and will that new Gravity Rush be a PS5 exclusive? Just too many question marks with SIE now.
On 3P side PBZ, Stellar Blade DLC, RE9, SH F, KH IV, FF IX & DQ XII (SE doing a lot of heavy lifting in this SOP) are the standouts.
I don't get it.
They said 20 titles and I expect Monster Hunter & Dynasty Warriors being there as a no brainer + some VR titles like Metro & Aliens.
Obviously big Japanese publishers showing up, sign of life from Pragmata?
I'll be pretty content with SH2, DS2, RE9 and MH running on the Pro.

I agree with not all 3 of Square titles showing up If they show up at all but DQ12 being UE5 I am a bit iffy on that for Nintendo. Would be happy with FF-9 remake, been pretty long since it's leak.
I think we will get an update on pragmata, DQ12 being UE5 is indeed a quandary and I heard it had dev troubles and they are looking to make it an arpg

That’s too many games from one publisher to show at a state of play. Also, I think the PS blog has confirmed that it’s only 20 games that will be shown. I could see the new Resident Evil showing up because of the track record of recent entries appearing at state of play. Ghost of Tsushima 2 would be the talk of the show and would save an otherwise 3rd party showing. Keep my expectation low.

You don't know that. Dragon Quest 12 could be something like VIII. It was mentioned at previous developer interviews that DQ will be an evolution, more serious, mature, and ambitious. So it could be PS5 oriented. Nintendo doesn't own DQ, FYI.
Kingdom Hearts had always been marketing with Sony and was associated with Playstation. I don't see why this should be unrealistic?
If they show Final Fantasy IX remake then this will be the best SOP of the year
KH 4 is 100% going to show up at summer games fest or TGA's . I will bet my left nut on it, FF is playstation, DQ is nintendo, KH is multiplat oriented
