Make it an opt in sub forum, nobody sees it who doesn't want to. Might be some more work for the mods but it's probably going to drive a lot more traffic too. Stick to clearly defined rules of engagement and moderate accordingly and I would think something like what we used to enjoy at Gaf could work.
