Personally, I see no issue with any of this. Extra money for Sega. More games on Xbox. More sales for Sega. Extra revenue for Sega and Microsoft. Don't see what the hoopla is all about but whatever.

Apparently every game developed for PlayStation MUST also be developed for Xbox wasting precious time and resources. The parity clause does NOT apply to Nintendo exclusives Many of these games also unfortunately end up on GamePass, further harming developers and consumers.

Yup, it's definitely worthy of discussion and I have no doubt that there is some truth to it.

Also side note, little things like Gaiden not getting a western physical release and Infinite Wealth having bs anti consumer DLC (new game+ and dungeons behind paywall) is also because of Sega’s partnership with Xbox This was unheard of before Xbox ports, because they need to make up that lost revenue elsewhere

Lack of a physical release for Gaiden absolutely sucked. I own all the games physically and cost a lot more to import a physical copy because of it.
