I get it, but if you want to just play, pick a planet and then do quickplay.
They've had 8 years of development plus a week of errors to fix these issues. Soon should've been days ago. Excuses have ran out and Sony should've had their best engineers out there working on the problem.
Who before the release of this game expected these numbers?

It's called a network test, something hundreds of online games have done for decades. It's also a full week after launch with the same issues. Not listening to excuses anymore.
Not just that. They are selling an online only game and then not allowing people to use the product they paid for because they're too cheap to rapidly scale.It's getting to the point that the issues will lead to a severe loss of revenue from what could've been.
Tomorrow is going to be much worse and stall much earlier due to NA playing much sooner than on weekdays.

Wow. Talk about malpractice, although the word that applies is incompetence.
Server capacity decision making aside at least their defcon 1 team is trying to sort the code issues. The game still needs so much more in terms of system refiments and new basic features tho....it's going to take many months. On top of content pressure - vehicles should have been there day one. At least we saw them working on a trailer so for sure it's coming.
