Speaking with sources, it was said that the game is essentially “Horizon Forbidden West but Lego”
Speaking with sources, it was said that the game is essentially “Horizon Forbidden West but Lego” and that the game will have “realistic graphics” – whatever that means for a LEGO game.
I would prefer
Lego Uncharted
I disagree. If any PlayStation IP is oversaturated, it's The Last of Us. 2 mainline games, and they've been released/re-released 5 times total. And a TV show, which is getting a second season. And they were working on the standalone online TLOU game until they scrapped it. They're probably working on or at least in the planning stages for a third mainline entry in the series. All that for a generic zombies IP that's championed for its story, which, like its gameplay, isn't even that great to begin with. This is complete oversaturation of the IP.
I have no interest in TLOU anymore.I disagree. If any PlayStation IP is oversaturated, it's The Last of Us. 2 mainline games, and they've been released/re-released 5 times total. What a take. LMAOI disagree. If any PlayStation IP is oversaturated, it's The Last of Us. 2 mainline games, and they've been released/re-released 5 times total. Horizon works as a lego game to me for 2 reasons:
- the original game has realistica graphics, the lego adaptation breaks the visual convencions expected of a new horizon game. If they chose astro, rocket & clank or something like ape escape I would rather have a regular game, since their art style already fit into the cutesy genre, its much more interesting to see how they will adapt the Horizon world into this
- horizon has several creatures with unique and creative designs, this will add a lot to a lego game, it wouldn't be the same with uncharted or the last of us (we have few zombie design variants to justify an entire game)
another IP that could have an amazing lego game is god of war, 2018 and ragnarok, it fits the 2 points i gave and i already can see a lot of level design puzzles involving swapping into kratos and atreus to solve it, like the old lego star wars games
This is the hardest thing to conceive in your mind, could be anything lmao.
To be fair, Horizon Lego is probably best pick for some LEGO type thing of all the big IPs.
I mean, it's dino robots where you aim at key points to disable stuff. That's literally ripping off lego parts off of them.
I can see why it would be picked from a creative point of view.
We all have our preferences, of course.
Everytime someone says saturation my mind just goes to wesker saying complete global saturationThis is complete oversaturation of the IP.
What about all the Exotic locations in Uncharted, they would make for great and fun levels
Plus the climbing and swinging is fun (like a more fun lego indiana jones)
You also have lots of vehicles in Uncharted which help diversify the gameplay.
Just came in to say the same thing. Will bring in a new audienceIn case this really exist, maybe it's the Horizon Online game we know they are working on.
Different team is making this one, its not TT.All Lego games retell stories they just do it in a more comedic way
