Guess it just comes down to whether or not they think that the offer Microsoft has been throwing out there for the last few months is good enough. I would think they would already be aware of that offer given how long MS have been talking about it though.

Guess it just comes down to whether or not they think that the offer Microsoft has been throwing out there for the last few months is good enough. I would think they would already be aware of that offer given how long MS have been talking about it though.

If it was good enough, they wouldn’t have done anything but announce approval with those conditions.
