This also makes me question their whole we will foreclose against the CMA statements they've made.

Especially when the CMA can fine a company 10% of their entire revenue stream.

Which in Microsoft's case is possibly over 10 billion per annum.

Which to them is chump change they can easily recoup that cost. I mean look at all the money they spent for their lawyers and lobbying they've done.
