All of Sony’s issues still stand. This is what they had to agree to with signing that deal. Page 4 is a special kind of disgusting
The judges etc really ignored how it undermines and damages competition.... it really was some biased bullshit.

Probably MS meeting with the administration in charge could do that. It seems like Brad Smith's threats about UK following behind if they blocked this acquisition scared the right people. Truly unlimited power from megacorps. We're already living in the dystopian cyberpunk reality without any of the cool gadgets to go along with it.Interesting article with comments from ex CMA lawyer. Obviously something fishy happened behind the scenes and they got scared of Microsoft. Other companies won't have the same treatment.
Analysis: Microsoft tests the limits of Britain's antitrust authority
The decision by Britain's antitrust regulator to rip up its play book for Microsoft shows the limit of its ability to kill mega-deals on its own, even if some agreed with its opposition to the U.S company's $69 billion acquisition of Activision Blizzard.www.reuters.com
Basically get in now while you can, cause once the CMA make adjustments its gonna be hard to follow MS. The remainder of this gen will be about buying buying, buying.Interesting article with comments from ex CMA lawyer. In light of those negotiations, it’s highly unlikely that Microsoft will close the merger today. However, according to Reuters, this poses the risk of Activision being swayed by another buyer since it has no legal obligation to merge with Microsoft once the deadline elapses. A Reuters source claims that Microsoft is now seeking an extension of the existing contract to ensure that Activision doesn’t have “a change of heart.”

it would be funny with all of the information that came out from this case that someone else swoops in and makes a better offer and Bobby accepts

They approached Facebook 1st and they declined but with all of the information that came out from the case and how it can benefit MS in the long run might shed the light on other investors on how the purchase can benefit them in the long run,Only apple, amazon, facebook, or google could afford them. And don't think any of them want Acti. But who knows, maybe MS knows something we don't.
Amazon would have been the best buyer but doubt they wanna deal with that kinda headache and debtOnly apple, amazon, facebook, or google could afford them. And don't think any of them want Acti. But who knows, maybe MS knows something we don't.
It was the ftc lawyers, they failed to make the case. Not even 2 weeks later we see ms foreclosing 99% of ABK titles on PS...... Like this is why you dont hire cheap lawyers. The judges etc really ignored how it undermines and damages competition.... it really was some biased bullshit.

That doesn't work in all games I think it's only games that have the option in them & then it automatically sets them to off could be wrong but I know it doesn't work for Microsofts first party gamesIt's also an option on Xbox, thing is it's system wide there, you gotta go to your console settings to turn it off, Sony requires it to be an option in game
Out of those four amazon would make sense, they are pushing luna hard but really need the content.Only apple, amazon, facebook, or google could afford them. And don't think any of them want Acti. But who knows, maybe MS knows something we don't.

That hack doesn't have 70B on hand, remember when he is spouting BS about buying Coke and MU?I wonder why never Elon Musk attempted to buy them.
I think how this works is that there is a specific guide for each games but for all platforms.CoD will reach more players..
