Even though I think that's a bluff. The judge needs to consider that if she doesn't grant the injunction and if she believes MS will close over other regulators, then she is basically enabling MS here.
You'd think the reasonable thing here to do would be to grant the injunction and essentially stop MS from starting a legal battle with the UK.

Why mention your son works for Microsoft if you're not going to do anything about it? She should have refused before it started. Take another judge.
If the FTC saw an issue with Judge they could have requested another judge correct?

I'm in the same boat. Cannot genuinely enable a company that openly weaponizes FUD and hyper-aggressive politicized attacks against competitors, closely associating with among the worst of toxic console warriors in their ecosystem, constantly pushing deceit and lies with the messaging around their games, platform initiatives, services, hardware etc. , and reward that with my money.
Thankfully, if I really want to play some of their games, I can get a PC, abuse the hell out of MS Reward points and redeem those to play those games through Game Pass for free, and without spending a cent of my own money. Maybe if MS clean up their messaging, optics and how they associate with/manipulate the worst parts of their fanbase, and they can keep some consistent quality & variety in their 1P games, I'll reconsider their ecosystem as a real option in 3 or so years.
But for now? No dice. I have to stand by my principles.

Keep reminding people about this stuff in unpredictable ways, at unpredictable times. Find clever ways to do it, to reference it. Don't be afraid to press games journalists on Twitter why they aren't talking about this type of stuff. Bring it up to Phil Spencer, Brad Smith, Sarah Bond, Matt Booty, Aaron Greenberg and other Xbox & Microsoft executives when they want to gloat about something else.
They'll be forced to acknowledge the truth directly or indirectly, and they'll never feel comfortable in online discussions as long as they keep pretending it's not real. Show some of the fake progressives at places like ResetERA what real progressivism looks like

Kinda funny how the ones who blew a gasket over someone at the CMA having an extremely vague/indirect association with Sony are perfectly fine with this judge and her son's direct connection to Microsoft. I'm sure they have a million bad and condescending explanations as to why this is different though.
I'm still holding out hope that the CMA's decision to block and their considerably higher amount of authority compared to the FTC means that it doesn't matter so much if the FTC can win this.
