I'd say its too soon, they continue with Destiny 2 and after it will release Marathon and Matter.

Supermassive was sold to someone else, but Sony hired their good talent at Firesprite or Ballistic Moon.
There is no "Bluepoint game". After Demon's Souls their whole team did work on GoWR as support team. After it they are working as support team in other project, don't have enough designers to lead their own AAA game.
Capcom is busy with many other games both announced and unannounced that will be released before. RE9 won't release anywhere soon.

I don't see why MS would announce anything on a Sony show, they have their own show. On top of that, Pentiment was already released on PS4 and PS5.
A year ago ND was working in minimum two new SP games and any of them was TLOU3, so won't show anything releated to TLOU3.

The Sony showcase/conference almost always has been in June, so very likely always has been planned to be in June 2024.
